วิธีรักษาโรคกระดูกเสื่อม ด้วยภูมิปัญญาไทย [bkkcoth]

1. นำกระชายล้างน้ำให้สะอาด แล้วนำมาตำ โดยใช้ครกหินอ่างศิลา หรือ ปั่นโดยใช้เครื่องใช้ไฟฟ้า ให้ละเอียดเติมน้ำสะอาดลงไป 2 แก้ว
2. นำกระชายที่ตำหรือปั่น มากรองผ้าขาวบาง จนได้หัวเชื้อ เอาแต่น้ำหัวเชื้อ
3. ใส่น้ำผึ้ง และ มะนาวผสมลงไปปรุงรสตามใจชอบ

เรื่องจริงจากผู้ป่วยโรคกระดูกเสื่อม

    18. ควรใช้บัลลาสต์ประหยัดไฟ หรือบัลลาสต์อิเล็กโทรนิกคู่กับหลอดผอมจอมประหยัด จะช่วยเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการประหยัดไฟได้อีกมาก
19.ควรใช้โคมไฟแบบมีแผ่นสะท้อนแสงในห้องต่างๆ เพื่อช่วยให้แสงสว่างจากหลอดไฟ กระจายได้อย่างเต็มประสิทธิภาพ ทำให้ไม่จำเป็นต้องใช้หลอดไฟฟ้าวัตต์สูง ช่วยประหยัดพลังงาน

20.หมั่นทำความสะอาดหลอดไฟที่บ้าน เพราะจะช่วยเพิ่มแสงสว่างโดยไม่ต้องใช้พลังงานมากขึ้น ควรทำอย่างน้อย 4 ครั้งต่อปี
21.ใช้หลอดไฟที่มีวัตต์ต่ำ สำหรับบริเวณที่จำเป็นต้องเปิดทิ้งไว้ทั้งคืน ไม่ว่าจะเป็นในบ้านหรือข้างนอก เพื่อประหยัดค่าไฟฟ้า

   23. ควรใช้สีอ่อนตกแต่งอาคาร ทาผนังนอกอาคารเพื่อการสะท้อนแสงที่ดี และทาภายในอาคารเพื่อทำให้ห้องสว่างได้มากกว่า
24.ใช้แสงสว่างจากธรรมชาติให้มากที่สุด เช่น ติดตั้งกระจกหรือติดฟิล์มที่มีคุณสมบัติป้องกันความร้อน แต่ยอมให้แสงผ่านเข้าได้เพื่อลดการใช้พลังงานเพื่อแสงสว่างภายในอาคาร
    25.ถอดหลอดไฟออกครึ่งหนึ่งในบริเวณที่มีความต้องการใช้แสงสว่างน้อย หรือบริเวณที่มีแสงสว่างพอเพียงแล้ว
   26.ปิดตู้เย็นให้สนิท ทำความสะอาดภายในตู้เย็น และแผ่นระบายความร้อนหลังตู้เย็นสม่ำเสมอ เพื่อให้ตู้เย็นไม่ต้องทำงานหนักและเปลืองไฟ
27.อย่าเปิดตู้เย็นบ่อย อย่านำของร้อนเข้าแช่ในตู้เย็น เพราะจะทำให้ตู้เย็นทำงานเพิ่มขึ้น กินไฟมากขึ้น
   28.ตรวจสอบขอบยางประตูของตู้เย็นไม่ให้เสื่อมสภาพ เพราะจะทำให้ความเย็นรั่วออกมาได้ ทำให้สิ้นเปลืองไฟมากกว่าที่จำเป็น
   29. เลือกขนาดตู้เย็นให้เหมาะสมกับขนาดครอบครัว อย่าใช้ตู้เย็นใหญ่เกินความจำเป็นเพราะกินไฟมากเกินไป และควรตั้งตู้เย็นไว้ห่างจากผนังบ้าน 15 ซม.

30. ควรละลายน้ำแข็งในตู้เย็นสม่ำเสมอ การปล่อยให้น้ำแข็งจับหนาเกินไป จะทำให้เครื่องต้องทำงานหนัก ทำให้กินไฟมาก
    31.เลือกซื้อตู้เย็นประตูเดียว เนื่องจากตู้เย็น 2 ประตู จะกินไฟมากกว่าตู้เย็นประตูเดียวที่มีขนาดเท่ากัน เพราะต้องใช้ท่อน้ำยาทำความเย็นที่ยาวกว่า และใช้คอมเพรสเซอร์ขนาดใหญ่กว่า
   32.ควรตั้งสวิตช์ควบคุมอุณหภูมิของตู้เย็นให้เหมาะสม การตั้งที่ตัวเลขต่ำเกินไป อุณหภูมิจะเย็นน้อย ถ้าตั้งที่ตัวเลขสูงเกินไปจะเย็นมากเพื่อให้ประหยัดพลังงานควรตั้งที่เลขต่ำที่มีอุณหภูมิพอเหมาะ
   33.ไม่ควรพรมน้ำจนแฉะเวลารีดผ้า เพราะต้องใช้ความร้อนในการรีดมากขึ้น เสียพลังงานมากขึ้น เสียค่าไฟเพิ่มขึ้น
34. ดึงปลั๊กออกก่อนการรีดเสื้อผ้าเสร็จ เพราะความร้อนที่เหลือในเตารีด ยังสามารถรีดต่อได้จนกระทั่งเสร็จ ช่วยประหยัดไฟฟ้า
    35. เสียบปลั๊กครั้งเดียว ต้องรีดเสื้อให้เสร็จ ไม่ควรเสียบและถอดปลั๊กเตารีดบ่อยๆ เพราะการทำให้เตารีดร้อนแต่ละครั้งกินไฟมาก

  40. ไม่ควรปรับจอโทรทัศน์ให้สว่างเกินไป และอย่าเปิดโทรทัศน์ให้เสียงดังเกินความจำเป็น เพราเปลืองไฟ ทำให้อายุเครื่องสั้นลงด้วย
   41.อยู่บ้านเดียวกัน ดูโทรทัศน์รายการเดียวกัน ก็ควรจะดูเครื่องเดียวกัน ไม่ใช่ดูคนละเครื่อง คนละห้อง เพราะจะทำให้สิ้นเปลืองพลังงาน

44.เวลาหุงต้มอาหารด้วยเตาไฟฟ้า ควรจะปิดเตาก่อนอาหารสุก5 นาที เพราะความร้อนที่เตาจะร้อนต่ออีกอย่างน้อย 5 นาทีเพียงพอที่จะทำให้อาหารสุกได้
   45. อย่าเสียบปลั๊กหม้อหุงข้าวไว้ เพราะระบบอุ่นจะทำงานตลอดเวลา ทำให้สิ้นเปลืองไฟเกินความจำเป็น
    46.กาต้มน้ำไฟฟ้า ต้องดึงปลั๊กออกทันทีเมื่อน้ำเดือด อย่าเสียบไฟไว้เมื่อไม่มีคนอยู่ เพราะนอกจากจะไม่ประหยัดพลังงานแล้วยังอาจทำให้เกิดไฟไหม้ได้
    47.แยกสวิตช์ไฟออกจากกัน ให้สามารถเปิดปิดได้เฉพาะจุด ไม่ใช้ปุ่มเดียวเปิดปิดทั้งชั้น ทำให้เกิดการสิ้นเปลืองและสูญเปล่า

48.หลีกเลี่ยงการติดตั้งอุปกรณ์ไฟฟ้า ที่ต้องมีการปล่อยความร้อนเช่น กาต้มน้ำ หม้อหุงต้ม ไว้ในห้องที่มีเครื่องปรับอากาศ
49. ซ่อมบำรุงอุปกรณ์ไฟฟ้าให้อยู่ในสภาพที่ใช้งานได้ และหมั่นทำความสะอาดเครื่องใช้ไฟฟ้าอยู่เสมอ จะทำให้ลดการสิ้นเปลืองไฟได้

50.อย่าเปิดคอมพิวเตอร์ทิ้งไว้ถ้าไม่ใช้งาน ติดตั้งระบบลดกระแสไฟฟ้าเข้าเครื่องเมื่อพักการทำงาน จะประหยัดไฟได้ร้อยละ 35-40และถ้าหากปิดหน้าจอทันทีเมื่อไม่ใช้งาน จะประหยัดไฟได้ร้อยละ 60
51. ดูสัญลักษณ์ Energy Star ก่อนเลือกซื้ออุปกรณ์สำนักงาน(เช่น เครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ เครื่องโทรสาร เครื่องพิมพ์ดีดไฟฟ้าเครื่องถ่ายเอกสาร ฯลฯ) ซึ่งจะช่วยประหยัดพลังงาน ลดการใช้กำลังไฟฟ้า เพราะจะมีระบบประหยัดไฟฟ้าอัตโนมัติ
